You are required to have a permit issued by either Charlotte County or the City of Punta Gorda to have a tent canopy set up at your place of business. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for this permit. We will provide you with a Fire Retardant Certificate, which will be required when you apply for your permit. Do All Rental will not be responsible for fee or fines issued by the county, city or other government entity for failure to obtain a permit. This permit requirement does not apply to homeowners.
